By ordering the service you accept what is set out here. Formation and scope of the contract The customer accepts these terms by accepting the quote, by written confirmation or — as implied conduct — by paying the service fee. The terms govern in the event of a dispute between the parties. ## 2. Who may enter into a contract? A private customer must be an adult with legal capacity; on behalf of a minor, a legal representative acts. For a corporate customer the contract is concluded by the authorised representative, on behalf of a company with a valid tax number that is not in liquidation or winding-up. ## 3. Fees The service fees are the pre-set prices published on the website, applied according to the tariff in force at the time of ordering. Official fees, duties and insurance costs fall on the customer and are not included in the service fee. For unforeseen additional tasks arising during the order and carried out at the customer’s request, the provider may charge a separate fee. ## 4. What full-service administration covers The full-service package typically covers the following: booking the authority inspection slot, arranging the identity check (including remedying failed checks up to twice), handling the registration tax, representation before the authorities, and coordinating settlement of the related duties. The exact scope of the service is always set out in the individual quote. ## 5. Delivery costs - **Budapest districts III, IV, XIII and XIV from 35,000 Ft** — Other district of Budapest from 40,000 Ft — Daily fee for the transit plate from 14,990 Ft — Applying for a temporary plate — surcharge +10,000 Ft — Delivery outside Budapest individual quote All prices are “from” prices. Our fee comes on top of the daily use fee for the transit plate; the +10,000 Ft surcharge for the temporary plate is a separate item. For parking over 15 days there is a 20% discount on the transport fee. Transport outside the capital is quoted individually. ## 6. Conditions for handing over the vehicle The vehicle must be handed over for the inspection in a testable condition, with sufficient fuel, an intact plate holder and no warning lights. If the vehicle is not testable, the cost of the necessary repair falls on the customer — it can be carried out on site in the provider’s own workshop against a labour charge billed per occasion. We accept no liability for failing the technical inspection due to poor condition. The contract cannot be terminated by the customer and the fee is not refunded, because this is not defective performance on our part but the customer’s fault: they brought the wrong vehicle. We do not see the vehicle in advance, only at the inspection. If the inspection is failed, booking a new slot costs 19,990 Ft, which we invoice automatically. Failed vehicles are always moved down the queue; new customers take priority. ## 7. Liability and insurance Taking out the compulsory motor liability policy and the comprehensive cover is part of the service and is done by the provider: our company is a broker. We send a table along with the appointment, which the customer must reply to; we then conclude the policies at the right moment. We do not let the policy be taken out elsewhere, because it is taken out on the chassis number, immediately before the government-office administration — if it is created too early and no plate follows, the insurer may cancel it within a week. If the customer takes out insurance independently of the provider, this can complicate the administration, and the provider may then charge an administration fee. ## 8. Termination of the contract and withdrawal The provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the customer refuses to follow the agreed procedure, the vehicle fails the technical inspection twice, the customer repeatedly fails to appear at the agreed time, or behaves towards the provider in a manner incompatible with cooperation. A refund is made solely where the failure is due to the provider’s fault and every other condition is met. ## 9. Invoicing We issue and send the invoice by email in line with the legislation in force. For a corporate customer the invoice may also include VAT, depending on the customer’s data and the VAT rules. ## 10. Data processing in the payment flow In the case of card payment, the data needed for invoicing (name, address, email, phone number) are transferred to OTP Mobil Kft.
