One mandate, one contact, one invoice. You hand over the documents, we take them through the seven official stations and hand back the finished papers.
What does full-service administration mean?
That you do not have to set foot in a single office. The service fee from 49,990 Ft and covers arranging the inspection slot, the technical inspection, the identity check, the tax-office administration, the registry-office procedure and taking out the compulsory motor liability policy. Official fees arise on top of this, payable directly to the authority — those are calculator shows it to the forint.
What we handle for you
The order is fixed: each step needs the certificate from the previous one. One missing paper stops the whole chain — which is why we ask for everything up front.

How much will the official fee be?

Is a power of attorney needed?
Yes, because we act on your behalf at the government office, the vehicle authority and the tax office. We send you the right form, or our shop for 490 Ft.
What happens if something is missing?
We flag it when checking the file and offer a solution — we request origin verification or obtain the missing item from the foreign authority. We only start the procedure once the file is complete.
Do I need to attend in person?
No. You send the documents by e-mail, hand over the power of attorney by post or in person, and collect the finished papers at our premises or by post.
Where can I leave the car without a plate?
At our enclosed Budapest premises. With full-service administration, parking is free until the inspection starts.
Can a company use it too?
Yes. In that case a company extract no older than 30 days and a specimen signature are needed, and we invoice the company. For fleet mandates we give an individual quote.
What is the total lead time?
With complete papers and a priority slot, as little as one day. With a missing title and origin verification it can take weeks — we tell you that in the quote up front.
