Why is it so hard to get an appointment?
The official test stations are extremely busy. As a private individual, in the online booking system, for registration slots you typically 2–3 months is the wait, in summer even longer. Thanks to our partners we can cut this to days.
This fee applies only if someone asks for an appointment alone — in every other case the standard registration package already includes it.
When priority slots are not available
The vehicles below can in 99% of cases only go to the authority, and for them we cannot offer a priority test site.

- originates from a third country
- it has been modified
- it has a special body
If your vehicle falls into these, call us — we will tell you the realistic schedule. We do not promise what we cannot deliver.

- a valid or expired foreign inspection report (TÜV, DEKRA, RDW), if you have one
- export de-registration certificate — for the Netherlands and Italy
If the documents are in order, we issue the invoice. Once paid, our colleagues book the earliest available slot.
We send you the official authority confirmation.
Before you book an appointment
- Attending the appointment is the client’s responsibility.
- The appointments cannot be modified or exchanged. If the vehicle fails the inspection, the rebooking fee is invoiced automatically; its amount is 19.990 Ft.
- Vehicles that fail are always moved to the back of the queue; new clients take priority.
- Arrival before the inspection at least 30 minutes. After a phone call, our colleague on site gives you the exact schedule for the day and the arrival window.
- The vehicle prepared, checked, cleaned and washed must be taken to the inspection — out of respect for the test lane’s work.
- You will need the eredeti the vehicle documents, the powers of attorney we send, and the cash needed for the process.
- We are unable to entertain complaints about a failed inspection — the test station knows its job.
- If a client communicates in an inappropriate manner, we reserve the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
Complaints
- We are unable to accept complaints about the waiting time.
- If you cannot attend, a new appointment must be booked, with a new invoice.
- We are unable to refund the service fee.
So please only book if you are certain you can attend.
With an inspection report, within 24 hours
If the vehicle has an inspection report and it meets the legal requirements, we can complete the whole registration within a day. Without an inspection report we provide a priority slot through our contracted inspection partners.
Classic-car classification and inspection, prioritised
Classic-car classification and inspection often means a 2–3 month wait in the summer. With us it can come up within one or two weeks, and with luck within days.
If the vehicle has a valid inspection, the original report and a CoC, the process is considerably faster.
Frequently asked questions
How soon will I get an appointment?
With our partner stations, usually within days. The exact slot depends on the location and the vehicle category.
How much does it cost?
If you only want a slot: 29,990 Ft below 3.5 tonnes, 49,990 Ft above 3.5 tonnes (national authority). In every other case the standard registration package already includes booking the slot. For a classic car, the official fee for museum classification and inspection is 88,990 Ft.
Are there vehicles you cannot get a priority slot for?
Yes. If the vehicle has no European type approval, comes from a third country, has been modified or has a special body, then in 99% of cases it can only go to the national authority — and there we cannot provide a priority location.
What happens if I miss the appointment?
A new appointment must be booked, with a new invoice. We cannot refund the earlier fee, so please only book if you are certain you can attend.
Do I have to take the vehicle there myself?
We can help with transport, but the vehicle must in every case come to the inspection lane. You, however, need not be there — we can act on your behalf under a power of attorney.

Yes, we work with several test stations. Tell us the nearest location and we will check what is available.
