Below we summarise what personal data we process, for what purpose, for how long and with whom we may share it — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

1. What data do we process?
When you request a quote, make a purchase or use the registration service, we may ask for the following categories of data:
- Name (for a private individual, and for a company the contact person too)
- Address, registered office, mailing address
- E-mail address and phone number
- Data about the vehicle and its documents (plate, VIN, registration certificate and vehicle title data)
- Billing details required for payment
- Technical data (IP address, browser and device data, traffic statistics)
2. For what purpose do we process it?
We use the data solely to perform the service ordered — registration, licensing, preparing documents and contracts, customer-service contact — for invoicing, and to meet our legal obligations (e.g. accounting, official procedures). We send marketing communications only with separate consent.

4. Who do we share the data with?
To the extent necessary for the administration we use processors — hosting and email provider, accounting, OTP Mobil Kft. (SimplePay) which handles card payments, and, given the nature of the service, partners involved in the official procedure (inspection station, registry office). We pass data to third parties only for legal representation, settling disputes, delivery, accounting and meeting legal obligations — we do not sell it for advertising purposes.

You may at any time ask in writing for your data to be erased, corrected or restricted, or object to marketing contact — an e-mail to the following address is enough: jarmuhonositasiroda@gmail.com . If you consider our data processing unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
6. Data of minors
We provide our services to adults and to companies with legal capacity to contract. To our knowledge we do not collect data from minors under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
