Romanian–Hungarian bilingual sales contract template for a vehicle sale between a company seller and a company buyer. Alongside the Cartea de identitate a vehiculului (CIV), the Hungarian authority requires this contract for registration. With Romania the data on the contract must match the Certificat de înmatriculare and the CIV exactly — if they differ, the Hungarian registry office may send the case back.
